New Road still closed

Remedial work will continue on New Road following the burst water main. One hole has been filled in. The other has a new valve installed and that will take longer to fill as an access cover needs to be installed.

New Road is officially closed. However, it does seem that barriers have been moved allowing vehicles to pass. You should be aware that moving barriers and driving through a road closure invalidates vehicle insurance.
